Description

Lakeland Ridge is a new housing development located in Bonney Lake. Site development has been completed. Now contractors are in the process of building 120 luxury homes. Washington Rock delivered materials to contractors JR Hayes & Sons and Rockworks, LLC.

Highlights

Washington Rock provided all of the Rockery Rock used to build several enormous rock walls measuring hundreds of feet long. Other rock products from Kapowsin Quarry were used in site development. In total, we provided nearly 30,000 tons of products to the project.
