Dale | Armorstone & National Sales

Dale leads the development of Washington Rock’s retail line of bagged rock products and handles all Armorstone and infill sales. After earning a bachelor’s in marketing from Utah State University, he managed accounts for Milwaukee Electric Tool for thirteen years. Dale has abundant experience working with distribution outlets and end users in markets throughout the US. Outside of work, Dale is a mountain biking enthusiast and speaks conversational Korean.

Nikki | Armorstone Sales & Logistics

Nikki works closely with the National Sales Director for Armorstone on road, bridge, and parking deck overlay projects as well as sports fields projects across the country. She generates quotes, prepares transportation paperwork, and arranges trucking for all the washed, dried, and bagged products. An indispensable support to the sales team, Nikki has worked in the construction industry for almost 10 years and has experience in administrative work, dispatch, and accounts receivable.

Rick | Dispatch Coordinator

Rick coordinates with trucking companies in the area to pick up and deliver material to job sites. Rick has over twenty years of experience in the construction industry. He started working dispatch after receiving a bachelor’s degree in business management from St. Martin’s University. Over the past eight years, Rick worked dispatch for Harlow Construction in addition to other roles. In his spare time, he coaches basketball at White River High School.

Ryan | Quality Control Manager

Ryan leads the quality control team in implementing Washington Rock’s QC program. His responsibilities include designing processes, forecasting demand, sampling and testing products, and meeting clients’ stringent requirements. With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Ryan has helped elevate the QC lab to one of the few ASTM- and AASHTO-certified labs in the region. His previous work as a special inspector with Kleinfelder and in other management roles inform his approach to QC.

Sam | Sales Manager & Specialty Topsoil Sales

Before working at Washington Rock, Sam built his own successful business selling soils, specialty sands, and top dressing materials before deciding to sell his business. He went on to build a local retailer’s soil and compost business from the ground up, engineering an entirely new brand and product line. With over twenty years of experience, Sam can help you determine the product you need and assist with tips for your yard or garden.

Tim | Contract Sales & Golf Course Sales

Tim works with contractors north of Auburn, Washington, and golf courses throughout the Pacific Northwest. With a background in business management, Tim has worked in the aggregates industry for over 25 years. His experience in quality control and concrete sales enhances his expertise in sales. A golfer himself, Tim understands the importance of ensuring golf courses give their members a more consistent golfing experience.
