Kapowsin, WA—Washington Rock joined agencies and organizations from all over the Puget Sound on Saturday, May 30th, for Lake Kapowsin Day. The event celebrated the history, geology, and biodiversity of Lake Kapowsin.
From 10 AM to 2 PM, Washington Rock hosted a rock-painting activity and gave away free stickers. Visitors created unique masterpieces using paint markers, shells, pompoms, and googly eyes.



In addition to rock painting, visitors could enjoy a guided trail walk and interactive displays. Washington Rock attended alongside many other great organizations:
