Description

Daybreak by Lennar is a new master-planned community in Graham, Washington. When finished, it will contain over 500 homes.

Washington Rock's quarried landscape rock was used to create two long retention walls that double as features in the backyards of homes. A massive retention wall was also built above a retention basin.

Highlights

Contractor RM Construction used over 3,200 tons of landscape rock and over 3,000 tons of quarry spalls, or over 200 truckloads of product in total.
