Product Description
3-Way Topsoil is a blend of 1/3 topsoil, 1/3 sand, and 1/3 compost. We achieve this ratio by blending 2/3 of our naturally sandy topsoil, Screened Sandy Loam, with 1/3 organic yard waste compost.
Our 3-Way Topsoil meets the planting bed soil requirement for Post Construction Soil Quality required by Pierce, King, and Thurston counties.
Product Applications
3-Way Topsoil can be used to build up flower beds, gardens, and new lawns.
Similar Products
Garden Mix (1064-3) contains a higher ratio of compost compared to 3-Way Topsoil.
Helpful Tips
Garden Mix may be the best option for gardens that require more nutrients, such as vegetable gardens.

Screened Sandy Loam is a naturally occurring soil. It’s the top layer of earth removed during the mining process. All of our topsoil blends are created by adding varying percentages of compost to our Screened Sandy Loam.
