This Seattle skyscraper is a brand new 580,000–square foot office building in the South Lake Union area of Seattle. With one of the best views of the Space Needle in town, the roof will feature a 24,000–square foot private outdoor deck space built on top of Washington Rock's 1¼" Clean Crushed landscape gravel.

We worked with our intermodal transportation network to deliver gravel specifically packaged for this project. Each 3,000-pound bag was set on its own pallet and carefully transferred to freight trucks. The bags were hoisted by crane onto the rooftop of the skyscraper.
