Description

Benston Hall is a historic 1920s building originally used as a grange. Now it functions as an affordable event venue for the Graham community. The parking lot had worn down over time, and the venue needed additional parking space.

Highlights

10 loads of 1¼” Minus gravel were spread out on the lot, filling in muddy areas and low spots. Owner Anne Garvin said, "“Being able to extend the gravel has just been a life changer." She also said that the gravel has "made a world of difference."
